customer service is responsible for all customer queries from hospitals,
government health departments, Ministry of Health, pharmacies, and supermarkets.
This service is available to all Al-Haya customers.

Company has extensive telephone and fax lines in all regions.
These assist in ensuring their orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
Customers can contact the regional branches to ascertain the status
of their order at any time.
Senior management have
been instructed to keep in close contact with the customers, either
by telephone or by visiting customers whenever possible.
The Company has simplified
the process of customers opening credit accounts. This applies
to all regions. There is a Customer Committee Body set up in each
region. Its function is to evaluate the credit status of individual
customers. It has the authority to increase the customer credit
limits, if the need arises.
This credit accounts for customers upto 120 days.
policy is to make deliveries within 12 to 24 hours and deliveries to
more distant areas between 24 and 48 hours.
Emergency deliveries to
hospitals can be made within a few hours.
